US Wheats Lower; Soybeans Finish Higher Tuesday
All three U.S. wheats traded lower Tuesday after USDA showed winter wheat
planting off to a good start, overall. November soybeans gained back 11 1/2
cents of Monday's 21 1/2-cent loss, while December corn dropped another 4 3/4

December corn closed down 4 3/4 cents and March corn was down 4 3/4 cents.
November soybeans closed up 11 1/2 cents and March soybeans were up 11 cents.
December KC wheat closed down 9 1/2 cents, December Chicago wheat was down 10
1/2 cents and December Minneapolis wheat was down 6 1/4 cents. The December
U.S. Dollar Index is trading down 0.06 at 93.20. The Dow Jones Industrial
Average is up 36.37 points at 34,006.84. December gold is up $12.20 at
$1,776.0, December silver is up $0.33 at $22.54 and December copper is down
$0.0045. November crude oil is up $0.37 at $70.51, November heating oil is up
$0.0148, November RBOB gasoline is down $0.0030 and November natural gas is
